Double En Suit Room, Wembley. Pets Welcome

Hey there,
I'm leaving the room i'm renting in wembley to live with my boyfriend.

The room is a nice double with ensuit toilets and shower (the shower doesn't work at the moment, but if you have good hands it's just a matter of changing the tap).
The room comes completely furnished with a comfy king size bed and it's on the ground floor close to the garden.

I'm living with the landlady, who is a very nice Israeli woman. She's a photographer so she travels a lot.

It's a very relaxed house. The landlady has been like family to me. We often eat together or watch TV. No weird rules etc. Everyone tries to clean after themselves and just be consider of other people.
The house has 3 toilets, 1 bath, 1 shower. All the regular appliances, and a beautiful garden with flowers, pear tree and plum tree, to sit in on sunny days.

The Wembley area has very good transport links to all areas of London. The closest station is north wembley (bakerloo line and overground) but also with close reach are preston road station (metropolitan line) and wembley park (metropolitan, jubilee and national rail).

I pay £600 pcm with all bills included, but the landlady might be flexible for the right person. She won't take anyone and she is looking for someone quite, responsible, and trust worthy.
All people in the house are pet friendly so pets are welcome! (I have a dog, and it's moving out with me. There are no more pets in the house).
