Fun Social Tenant for Spare Room

Hi there prospective tenant! We are three young professionals who have recently graduated in creative degrees. We are hoping to find someone to fill our spare room to share in the burden of rent for a fantastically sized house and garden in Wembley. We all spend most of our time at work and try to be as social as we can afterwards in our living room. So that is a little bit about us.

The room we are renting is a generous size single room with a bed and wardrobe already in place. You will have full use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden as well as we all share these areas anyway.

We have a hamster. Two of us smoke but not inside, the garden is for smoking at all times.

We are looking for someone who can socialise with us and doesn't mind that we are sometimes quite tired from work so may be a bit quiet from time to time. Obviously we are looking for someone reliable and polite and willing to do their fair share in our house along with us. You will have to pay an equal share of bills etc that you are responsible for as well.
