Tenant needed for 8 weeks in student accommodation

Hi, I am putting my room up for the last 8 weeks of my contract purely as I have finished university for the year and I already live within travelling distance to London. The accommodation is at the heart of Wembley being situated next to Wembley Arena and Wembley stadium and is a short walk away from Wembley tube station. Tenancy begins from April 29th until June 5th with the upfront payment of £1, 272. The room itself has a double bed, large study desk and chair, has 20mb boadband/wifi, a large wardrobe with draws in it, underbed storage, shelves, large mirror and a ensuite with shower, toilet, sink, mirror etc. The kitchen is shared by 5 other people all who attend the university of westminster. The kitchen is extremely large and spacious, each person has designated cupboards, There is a large fridge and freezer provided, there is a sofa and plasma in the kitchen, along with other utility items such as a hoover, iron and ironing board. There is a large rooftop courtyard designated for smokers and for outdoor socialising, there is also a common room with a plasma tv with sky, and pool table and vending machines. The accommodation also has a washing room with washing machine and tumble dryers.

I am the 2nd person to live within the room as the accommodation is brand new, its a very modern facility and is safe with 24/7 security on site and within the Wembley park complex.
There are perks living here with a good equipped Gym at the top of the road which offers student deals all the time, the designer outlet is right next door with stores offering discounts to the students who live at the accommodation. From time to time, there are free tickets given for shows at Wembley arena also.
