OUR FLAT

We have a huge Double room with En Suite and plenty storage space available in an absolutely lovely 4 bed split level apartment with a private terrace for enjoying the summer months.

This place really feels like a house as there is so much floor space and nobody is on top of the other. There's a fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher (phew!) and washer/dryer etc. There is a secure key fob entrance system with bike storage which is perfect for security and the access is only shared with 4 other flats.

We have super fast broadband - it's fibreoptic and you can download films or similar in minutes. We've also got a smart TV which is connected to Netflix, Youtube, Now TV and Amazon Prime so provides lots of entertainment and PS2 + WII and PS4 which don't get used that much, but can provide some funny times.

ABOUT US

I'm Carol a 31 year old Business Analyst and true Northern Lass. I enter lots of competitions (long story) and win quite a lot of event tickets, gigs, screenings etc and am always happy to share my wins. I tend to be responsible for most flat outings.

Kyle is 24 and a Paralegal who loves exploring all that London has to offer, watching rubbish TV or reading and going to gigs.

Harry has also just joined us. He is a bartender from Bath and really chilled. He enjoys great times and great conversations.

We are all pretty laid back and have our own busy lives but do like to spend time together when possible. That being said, we are not clingy and do spend time doing our own things as well and the rooms are big enough to chill out in should you want.

THE LOCATION

We have lived in Wembley Park for the last 6 years and absolutely love the area. If you are looking for a pad in London that is safe and secure and still only 13 minute ride to Baker Street, 21 minutes to Kings Cross and 29 minutes to Liverpool Street then it's great - Wembley park has both the Jubilee and Met lines so you really can get anywhere! London's only designer outlet is right next door (literally under a minute walk) offering loads of retail therapy with shops like Replay, Levi's, Coast, H&M and loads more as well as a massive range of restaurants including Frankie & Benny's, Ping Pong and TGI Fridays, all offering great happy hours and a cinema. We will also be getting a Boxpark at the end of this year for even more entertainment options!

The flat is literally a few minutes from Wembley Arena and Wembley Stadium meaning it's great for events and there's often tickets available on the day for those spur of the moment things you may wish to attend.

There is also a really new gym right near us which has everything and is around £20. 00 a month. This includes classes as well if the gym's your thing.

There is a Tesco Express downstairs and a Small Sainsburys 2 minutes away making it handy to pick up the everyday essentials and an ASDA superstore about 5-10 minutes away if a larger shop is needed. There is also Wembley central 10 minutes walk away or a 5 minute bus journey if you're feeling really lazy with all the usual high street shops including Argos, Iceland and Primark. Finally, there is Wembley Stadium station offering direct access into Marylebone.

THE BORING PART

The rent is £850 for a double and ensuite but there is access to the other 2 bathroom as well should this be needed. The flat is available from immediately. The deposit is £1200 and a nominal charge for the usual referencing fees will apply.
