Single Room- Wembley- Friendly/ Fun Professionals

We are currently four young professionals who are looking for a friendly sociable replacement for one of the rooms. We all spend most of our time at work and try to be as social as we can afterwards in our living room. We are looking for someone who will want socialise with us and not lock themselves away in their room. Our house in Wembley Park is very spacious we have 3 double bedrooms and 2 single rooms with a fantastic sized garden. One of the single rooms will be available from the 20th Febuary due to one of us changing jobs and moving away.

The room is a generous size with a single bed and two wardrobes already in place facing onto the back garden. You will have full use of the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden as we all share these anyway.

We have a hamster. Two of us smoke but not inside, the garden is for smoking at all times.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and respectful of the house and of us, as we all put our fair share into maintaining the house and keeping it a nice environment to live in and we will expect this from you too.

There will be a deposit of £450 and an admin fee of £150 as you will be an official, legal member of the house, Then the rent will be £429 onwards with added bills.
