Double ensuite room available

Looking for a female professional to share my flat with; I work in Central London so am at work during the day but like to chill in the flat evenings and weekends if I'm not out. Looking for someone who works full time, easy to get along with and who is clean and tidy.

The room comes with a desk, one set of drawers and a wardrobe; there is no bed however. You can change bits and pieces if you like.

All bills included (sky, broadband, council tax, water, TV license) except for electric which is usually no more than £50 per month.

Preston road tube station is literally a 7 minute walk away and gets you into Central London in 15 minutes (met line is awesome!). I work in East London and it takes me 38 minutes so it's really convenient. There is a Tesco, Co Op, Dominoes, pharmacy etc all within easy reach.

Open to short or long term lets and will adjust the rent for anyone looking for a mon-fri let or anyone who needs me to provide a bed in the room.
