Studio flat in student accommodation Wembley Park

Hi,
I am moving out of the studio advertised on the 4th April and need someone (only students) to replace me from 5th April to 3rd July 2015. After July 3rd you can extend your contract to stay here until September 2015. This studio flat has a desk, chair, bed, storage, en suite, kitchenette (pots, pans, dishes, fridge, microwave, cutlery etc) and tv. All bills+ wifi and internet included.

Victoria halls of residence is the name of the building. Its very safe, close to the station, Asda/ Lidl short 5 min walk. It's in zone 4 but the metropolitan line takes only 15 mins from Wembley Park to Baker Street (2 stops)!

Also please note that I took the photos from the website of the building because I don't have a decent camera. This studio's layout is different in terms of the desk location etc and there's only one window facing Wembley stadium.
PLEASE NOTE ONLY STUDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO LIVE IN THIS STUDIO. Payment for April 5th to 3rd July has to be made in full before move in date.
