We have a very spacious double bedroom available immediately in the lovely Bruntsfield area. The room is in a 5 bed, 2 storey flat which was renovated 18 months ago to a very high standard.
The flat is very spacious, has all the mod cons (including a DISHWASHER!!) and 2 bathrooms.
*Please be aware the photo of the bedroom is of one of the other rooms as I am having upload issues!! The available room is actually slightly larger though with two windows*
The room is £460 pcm and with internet, TV, fortnightly cleaner (YUP!), council tax plus gas and electricity it all comes to around £560 per month. The lease for each room is on a 6 month basis but we all have individual leases with the landlord.
The flat is a 10 minute walk from Haymarket and less than 5 mins to the Meadows and Lothian road.
Its a mixed flat and we are all working so would prefer flatmates in a similar situation: looking for a friendly, laid back and respectful place to call home.
