Free use of lounge, dinning room, kitchen, very comfortable living. Two bathrooms for sharing - yes that's 2 public rooms as well as spacious kitchen etc, and yes we could convert one of those into another bedroom to get more money - however our philosophy is to treat tenants well and they will repay you by being good tenants and staying for long periods - so come to us and enjoy your stay!
House is a lovely Arts and Crafts villa with garden and views to Pentland hills.
Gas and electric bills shared equally -aren't too much as shared between others, but obviously depends on useage. Council tax is unfortunately unavoidable and is equally shared between tenants, currently at just over £50 per month each. mega quick broadband - costs shared
Corstorphine is peaceful and fashionable Edinburgh by the zoo, with 24hour bus service into town(10 - 15 mins), airport (10mins).
