I am advertising on behalf of my new landlord who will have a double room available to rent from the 3rd of November. The house is a new buy, and so will not be available for viewings, but pictures can be viewed on request. Ideally, you would be available to meet with myself and the other current tenant for coffee/cake/juice to figure out if we all get along.
