Double room available to rent in brand new build apartment in Corstorphine. The apartment is on the ground floor of a a small new development of 17 flats in Corstorphine finished to an exceptionally high standard. Property has two double bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes and TV's, open plan living room/kitchen with fully integrated appliances, private patio/decking area off the living room, utility room, and two bathrooms with showers.

Situated in Corstorphine there are many shops, gyms, supermarkets, restaurants within walking distance. Excellent public transport links to the City Centre, airport and Gyle. Bus stop directly outside. Free parking is also available.

I am a 29 year old female exec PA, work reasonably long hours, but enjoy going out for dinner and a wine after work. I'm sociable, friendly, enjoy the occasional night out but usually pretty chilled. Weekly routing is work, Pilates, swimming, cooking, meeting friends. I have a small well behaved dog that I share with my aunt so would be in the flat most evenings/weekends.

I'm looking for a female professional working full time who is clean and tidy. Happy to consider long term/short term/mon-fri. Rent is £400 per month plus bills (roughly £550 but could vary slightly).
