we have a single room avaliable for a female student in a four bedroom flat. The flat is occupied by two female student and landlord. It has a nicely furnished living room, fully equipped kitched and a bathroom. The rent is 280 per calendar month (+ one month's rent as deposit).
The flat is situated close to the Saughton tram stop (15 minutes by tram to Princess street) - conveniently located for HW University just 15 minutes walk to 25, 34 bus stop.
