Double room available from the beginning of January. Great price for the area and all bills/council tax, bar gas included in rent.
I've been at the property for a couple of years now, moved to Edinburgh with work and love the city! Is owned by a landlord who lives in one of the adjoining Flats. Looking for a male or female professional of similar age and who is [reasonably] tidy and up for a laugh to replace outgoing flatmate. Spend most weeknights just chilling and then weekends mainly spent either catching up with mates or playing sports.
Property is gated with private parking and located close to main access routes into and out of city. 15-20 mins to centre by bus and 10 mins drive to airport.
