We have a Double room for let in detached house for long term let.

The house is in Corstorphine opposite Edinburgh Zoo and offers excellent transport links to the city Center which takes only 15 mins by bus. Bus services into the city center are 100, 26, 12 and 31. Fast and frequent and some running 24 hours per day. The house is within easy reach of Edinburgh Airport and the city centre. We are also able to offer a private parking space which is the driveway to the house. On street parking is also available.

Haymarket railway station is less than 10 mins away by bus.

Corstorphine is a 10 min walk away where you will find shops, supermarkets and bars etc.

You will be sharing with two females who occasionally work away so you may sometimes have the house to yourself. We are friendly and welcoming and hope to find the same in our potential housemate. We are in our thirties so a professional of a similar age would suit this houseshare well.

It's a large, modern, detached house in clean and tidy condition. We are looking for someone who will respect the house and each other's privacy. We are also happy to socialise with a pint or a glass of wine!
Smoking is not allowed in the house but you are more than welcome to smoke outside in the garden.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen and utility room and also wifi for everyone's use.
