Lovely double bedroom in Corstorphine

Hi everyone,

We are a couple that we have rented a 2 bedrooms flat in Corstorphine near de Zoo and close to all the local aminities (banks, supermarkets, bus stops, local shops...) and it will be available from the 22nd May. The city centre is 10-15 min by bus.

The flat has:

- Large living room
- 1 bathroom (shower & bath)
- Large kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fully fitted)
- A patio with space for 2 cars and a little barbecue :)
- 2 double bedrooms
- A little garden

The room is £400 a month + bills (Bills are around £90 per month depending on colder or warmer months).

About us

We are a Spanish couple that we have been living in Scotland since 2 years ago. Our names are Patricia and Juan and We work in the airport and Stirling, so we expend most of our time away from home, but We really enjoy a nice chat with our flatmates, sharing a movie or a dinner. The flat will be suitable for someone working in the outskirts of Edinburgh, city centre or Airport. We have fantastic bus routes near the house that connect in a short period of time either with city centre or aiport.

We are looking for a young professional that he/she will be clean, tidy, realiable and take care of the house when we are away. We are a sociable couple that likes to plan trips and social activities, it will be great if our new flatmate join us for a rowing day in Loch Lomond, climbing a mountain, painting in the garden or have some drinks in our time off.
