Cosy double room available in newly refurbished furnished property sharing with one other Spanish male - a colleague of mine for the last 3 years. He works evenings including weekends, so if you work during the day you will generally have the place to yourself in the evenings.

Flat is in a nice, quiet area yet only a minutes walk from Corstorphine where there are lots of shops, bars, restaurants and transport links direct to the city centre in 15mins and the airport in 10mins. There is also a 24hr Tesco Supermarket just 5mins walk away.

All bills included, including superfast Virgin wifi.

The flat itself is very modern having recently been refurbished. The double bedroom is fairly small but comfortable looking onto the quiet rear of the property, and comes furnished with bed, bedside drawer unit, clothes rail, and desk. If requested, the clothes rail can be changed for a wardrobe but may make the room feel a lot smaller.

Seeking a clean/tidy person or couple with a high standard of personal hygiene. Having a basic understanding of Spanish would be helpful but certainly not essential.

Rental agreement will be a 6-month Short Assured Tenancy, rolling thereafter.
