Hello hello! I have one Double Bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Corstorphine area.
It’s a two bedroom flat located in South Maybury area with a bright and cosy living room, separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom with power shower and a bathtub and storage room. The flat has been newly refurbished, no dampness, no mould, no mice etc. The development is looked after by a managing company so it is always well kept, clean and safe. The area itself is quiet and safe. There is free parking!
The flat is close to various amenities such as 24 hours Tesco, Edinburgh Park, Gyle Shopping Centre , B&M Home Stores and many other various shops. Gyle Shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away, where you have Morissons, Boots, Superdrug and plenty of other shops. There are some great chippies, Chinese, Indian and other take aways that do deliveries :)
The room has a new double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Windows are facing the car park so it’s very quiet. It is very cozy and is available for you to change around.
The property offers great transport links with bus 100 (airlink) going 24/7 every 10 minutes meaning you won’t ever need a taxi :) And is a 2 minute walk from the flat. 31 stops almost outside the building and 12, 26, X12 is just a short distance away as well.
You will be sharing with a 24 yo female and find myself easy to get one with and very cheerful. I work Mon-Fri, am quiet, clean and respectful of other people’s privacy, space and possessions. I am hoping to find someone with similar traits :)
The council tax is band C £60, Virgin fibre optic super fast internet £20 and electricity are not included in the price. The deposit is £450.
