The Flat is in a quiet cul-de-sac and the room looks over the gardens and local playground, all 'mod-cons' in place, TV, Virgin broadband, washer/dryer, bathroom with shower.

I work Monday to Friday so would prefer someone who wasn't into midweek partying, but shifts don't bother me as previous tenant worked at the airport so I'm used to it. Other than that I think I'm pretty easy going! Feel free to ask any questions.

RENT IS £425 per month including all bills apart from any landline phone usage and misc communal items as agreed.

Viewings are proving difficult in terms of my working hours weekday evenings would have to be after 7. 30pm
