Double Room Outside Edinburgh Must Like Cats!

Double room in a quiet flat on a residential street with a king size bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and underbed storage.

Sharing with one female live in landlord who works Monday to Friday. I also have a large friendly 2 year old indoor male cat and a crazy 6 month old female kitten, so you must love being around cats and I must be able to trust you with them as they are very curious and are allowed all over the flat.

Shared bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and sitting room with basic sky TV and Broadband.

Must be willing to keep shared areas clean and tidy at all times, not let dishes pile up, vacuum once a week and be friendly but do your own thing, buy your own food, cook your own meals etc. You will have your own cupboards and shelves in the kitchen and bathroom.

I also do not want guests/partners/family coming over all the time (this is not a party flat sorry).

The flat is in need of some upgrading so it's not perfect but it is clean and cosy.
