I am the owner occupier of this house and looking for someone to share the house with me. The house is in the Brunstane area of Edinburgh and we have a local train service which takes us into the city centre within 6-8mins. We also have a variety of buses servicing us for all over Edinburgh. The beach at Portobello is a 15min walk away from the house and the A1 is very near the house.
There are two double bedroom, one single bedroom lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom in the property. There is a south facing garden with patio area.
I have in the past hosted foreign students staying for studies in Edinburgh and made many life long friends through doing this. I am a friendly, easy going person and i enjoy cooking, music, social time with friends and walks.
