Great for Stevenson College, Napier Uni at Sighthill, Heriot Watt Uni and Edinburgh Park or Gogarburn (RBS) Also less than 15 mins to the Airport (again by bus or tram)

Room is fully furnished with small double bed (queen), 1 double & 1 single wardrobe, TV (with inbuilt DVD player), Virgin cable TV, and wifi broadband. I provide brand new bedding for every new flatmate (duvet, 4 pillows and mattress protector.)

Shared space includes spacious living room with marble fireplace and living flame gas fire, kitchen with french doors on to patio area and refurbished bathroom with large walk in shower. There is oak laminate flooring throughout the flat and as it is a ground floor flat it is perfect for those (like me) with limited mobility.

Plenty of on street parking.

Sharing with one female - me. I'm a 45 year old professional (work for Council) who enjoys socialising but also doesn't encroach on other people's privacy. I love reading and watching DVDs so there are loads of books and films to keep any flatmate happy for years!!!

There is also a Mon to Fri lodger, Tom(in his 50s) who works rarely in Edinburgh and is only usually here a few days a month.

One other occupant - the laziest, most docile and gentle ginger cat by the name of Bronte. She is the real owner of the house, she just lets me live here!!

We are a happy, quiet bunch who would suit someone who like a wee chat and blether of an evening but also like their peace and quiet. We respect each others' privacy and don't do partying.
