We have a single room free in our very central flat, perfect for anyone working or studying in or around the city centre. The flat is 2 minutes walk to the west end of Princes Street and 5 minutes walk to Haymarket Station. William Street is quiet and picturesque, there is a Coop and Sainsbury's 2 minutes walk away, and several bars restaurants and cafes literally on the doorstep. The room is small but has good cupboard space and a large window.
I work as a Fund Manager (finance) and my flat mate works in advertising. We'd like someone who is sociable, tidy, positive and friendly. Student or professional.
Rent is £360 per month including council tax, internet, TV and all bills.
