Room to let in Awesome flat in St Leonards!

Myself and my friend Jamie are looking for another person to take the third and final room in our 3 bed flat in St Leonards (Beside St Leonards Police Station) The flat is awesome! Very spacious, plentiful storage (Even an attic too!!) and a very modern kitchen and living space! All rooms have secondary double glazing in the windows so the flat stays nice and warm in the winter!

Now about myself and Jamie!
We are both 21 year old Napier students who will be going onto study Masters degrees in September. I am an Engineer and Jamie is a Scientist! We are both very active people and spend alot of time at the gym. However we love to chill out in the evenings with a film or TV series. We are both very friendly and laid back and easy to get on with. :)

Now the room we have is a double but I would really recommend coming and having a look to see what you make of it yourself! The flat is incredible!
