The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and a desk/dresser and is available May to end of July.
The flat itself has a large and bright lounge with dining area, a bathroom (with bath and electric shower) and a fully fitted kitchen, complete with dishwasher and washing machine!
You'd be sharing with 3 super chill ladies who enjoy the occasional dinner out or Sunday lunch together.
Monthly bills are approx. £60-80 including council tax, energy, virgin broadband and TV license.
A month and half rent is needed as a security deposit, however would be willing to negotiate for the right person!
