Double room in postgraduate student flat

Double room in lovely shared flat in Newington, 16 min walking distance from both King's Buildings and George Square.

We have available a nice double room in a well-maintained and clean central flat with a large communal kitchen/dining/living room and separate shower room, toilet and broom cupboard. The landlord is friendly and takes good care of the property.

The room has a mezzanine bed, with a couch underneath (see pictures) so it is probably more comfortable for people under 170cm/5'6".

The bills (energy, internet) come to about £20 a month per person, depending on how much we heat.

We are a Brit, and two German, all doing postgraduate degrees of some sort, looking for a fourth student to take on our spare room. Professionals are welcome although you would have to take care of council tax (Band C) by yourself.
