Hi,
This is a double bedroom with built in wardrobe to rent in a 2 bedroom new build flat behind the Meadowbank Shopping Centre and across from Easter Road. There are plenty buses from nearby Easter Road and London Road or Princes Street is about a 20 minute walk.
I am the owner of the flat but I will not be living here for 95% of the time as I have a job in London starting in June. Hence, the flat isn't necessary a traditional flatshare - you will essentially be living in a one bedroom flat, apart from occasional weekends when I am in Edinburgh.
Rent is £500 per month plus bills (e. g. council tax, electricity, gas, internet and Sky). I would also look for 1 month's rent as a deposit.
