Room To Rent In Forrester Area of Edinburgh

Due to my current flatmate moving out, I have a double room available from the 19th May onwards in the Forrester area of Edinburgh.

The flat itself has two double bedrooms, bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen and large shared living room and is situated within in a 10 minutes walk of a Tesco extra, number 22 bus stops and right next to one of the new tram stops. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, side table and a small walk in wordrobe.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy. Also looking for a potential flatmate to be fairly chilled out and have a good sense of humour. Would ideally be looking for a professional or someone in a similar work situation as myself. I am a musician and also work a few nightshifts a week. Don't let the word 'musician' put you off, I'm an very conscientious individual and am always quiet when coming in late from gigs. I wont be knocking down your door with an afterparty of various layabouts or throwing your possesions out the window.
