I'm a 4th year Electrical & Electronic Engineering student at Heriot-Watt University , I've been staying in this flat for couple of years now and need a new flatmate, the previous one having now graduated. I'm looking for somebody to take the other double room, a student probably, but I'm not particularly fussy.
The property is at James Square, Caledonian Crescent so is a relatively modern building and includes a spot in a shared parking garage, which I don't use other than for my bicycle. A new kitchen was fitted just a year ago as well. There's good bus links to the various universities, and anywhere else really.
The room's available immediately, starting September would be ideal.
