I have a spacious double room in this top floor flat for rent from the beginning of November. Rent is £450 per month including all bills and council tax, the deposit is £450.
The flat consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, study, lounge and dining kitchen as well as a spacious hallway and is fully furnished.
You would be sharing with me, a 30 year old female, having finished my masters I am currently temping and volunteering until the right job comes along. I am looking for a professional, chilled out person who will fit in easily.
