Central Single Room Morrison St, 367 Pcm

Hey guys! I've got a great flat and need someone to move in with me! (Pictures in comments) So it's a single room available in a great first floor flat, in a popular, central location close to the financial district and Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The property is very bright, clean and lovely!

The room itself is a single, but is large with a lovely fireplace, and facing away from the busy road. There is a bright lounge, smallish kitchen with glass tiles to let light in, with cooker, fridge, freezer, etc. There is also a nice bathroom (please see pictures).

About me: I'm 24 (nearly 25) and work in hospitality - with regular shifts from 10-6. I am generally quite busy, I often try and go to the gym but also love relaxing on the sofa in the evenings, in a chilled flat. I want to be able to call this place home and to get on with my flatmate so please, no smoking and cleanliness is important! I love music, films (anything from girly to thrillers), getting out and about outdoors when the weather permits, fron walking to trying new bars!..I'm pretty relaxed but it'd be great to occasionally have a dinner and wine night so we're not just strangers coming and going. I very occasionally have friends over for dinner and also have an Australian boyfriend (currently in oz) who might come over from time to time, but he is very friendly.

It's available from the 5th Jan and is a 6 month lease with a months rent for the deposit, marketed by little johns. Council tax band c (so no students please) and bills (30ish in winter - I like to try and be careful!)
