Hi. I looking to rent a furnished double room in a spacious two bedroom flat. The room comes with double bed, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and a massive three door built in wardrobe. You would also have your own shower/toilet.

The flat has a large, open plan living room/kitchen with a balcony overlooking the Firth of Forth. The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is also large car park for exclusive use of residents.

The flat is a few minutes walk from a Morrisons supermarket and PureGym. It's also a short walk to the seafront leading to Crammond promenade. Transport wise, buses 47 and 38 leave from the end of the street. A few more minutes walk gets you to the 8, 16, 19, 37, 24 and the N16 during nigh rough the night.

Rent is £450 per month including bills. That breaks down as £330 for rent and £120 to cover gas, electricity, council tax, virgin broadband and tv license.
