Due to unforeseen circumstances I'm having to move out of my gorgeous room.

It is 2 mins from the sea at Granton harbour and there are excellent buses from right outside the flat into the city centre which only takes around 20 minutes.
The flat is in excellent condition and is very modern and bright. It also has a free gym downstairs in the apartment block which is great. The property comes with a parking space if needed and very secure gates to the building. Also bike space inside, beside the front door of the flat! The photos don't do it justice! The room is available asap it can also be turned into a double room if wanted as it would easily fit a double bed. Me and the current flat mate are sociable, love to exercise and go out for food in our spare time so it would be great for the new flat mate to be the same.
