Lovely and spacious double room

About the flat

All bills are included except electricity which is usually around 15 pounds. The flat is deep cleaned every week by a different flatmate. We are both sociable, friendly and like having the common areas clean and organized at all times.
The kitchen is full equipped since I love cooking and there is also a brand new washing machine.

The room is spacious and it also has two windows so you have a lot of natural light coming in, the rest about the room you can see it on the photos.

There is two different routers in the house so internet signal isn't a problem, we have 75 mbps. Central heating is available but during summer we never turn it on, the flat is really warm and has very good windows. The area is very quiet, we have a few shops just 1 min away by foot, some examples are Scotmid, hairdressers, Post Office, Pharmacy, take aways, etc. Within a 10 min walk there is a Sainsburys in a shopping centre called Cameron Toll and in the other direction there is an Aldi, a bit further away (5 min by bus) there is a Lidl and a Morrisons.

There is two bus stops just within a 5 min walk from the flat, one has buses 3,8,29 and N3(night bus) and the other one has buses 21, 24, 33, 38, 49. It takes 10 minutes to get to Nicolson Street and 15 to get to Princes Street, during the festival/summer sometimes it takes a bit longer


Definitely no party animals but we do enjoy having dinner or a few friends over for lunch/movie or whatever we improvise.

The TV or posters that you see in the room are not included, the bed and mattress will also be replaced with another double bed and mattress but everything else will be exactly the same.

The room will be available from the 7th of July until the 7th of October for now, it might be available until late October or November but not completely sure for now so I can only guarantee 3 months.
