Double room in beautiful flat with garden

My housemate is following her dream job and moving to London so I'm looking for a lovely new person to replace her.

The flat is a couple of minutes away from the meadows and only 15 minutes walk to the centre of town. It's on a nice quiet street and has a private front door. It has a lovely new kitchen and bathroom and big living room with the dining table in there. The bedroom for rent (not yet featured in the pictures, should be coming tomorrow, sorry!) has a double bed and big wardrobe, and there's a desk if you want it but that's optional. It faces onto the private garden (dog owners welcome!) and isn't overlooked at all. It's similar to the picture of my room but a little bit smaller. There's loads of storage and space for bikes. The room is £500 a month for rent and bills are about £150 a month each including everything.

I'm looking for someone who's fun and sociable and up for having dinner and a drink together from time to time or watching a film etc. I work in the city centre 9 to 5 and am occasionally away traveling for my job for a night or two. I'm pretty clean and tidy so am looking for someone who is like that too.
