The flat is large, and has a huge kitchen, which is perfect for cooking in, and a big living room, which has a fold out sofa and large dining table, so perfect for dinner parties and having friends over! It's also on the ground floor, has it's own entry door, and has a small garden. The flat is a very clean, comfortable, quiet place.
The room is very large, with a king size double bed, (expensive mattress from IKEA!), desk and chair, and big set of draws. Furniture can be removed if needed.
Ideally looking for a female, as there is a girl already here.
