I´m currently living in the room (and i love it) but I want to move in with my boyfriend so I have to find someone to take my contract.

The room has an en-suite complete bathroom (WC and shower). Is fully furniture: Has a double bed, closet, storage space under the bed, multiple cabinets and drawers. It is located on the 4th floor so it has a lovely outside view with lots of natural light and is on a quiet street.

It has a shared full-equipped kitchen and social space with T. V. Is for exclusive use of the roommates of the flat who are current postgraduates students so the shared spaces area always kept clean and clear.

The building has a common space on the first floor with a pool table, big T. V and study desks. It also has an excellent laundry facility (which includes washing machines and drier machines)and vacuum cleaners which is very convenient.

The building has a central location. It takes a 5-minute walk to the Bus Station, Waverley Train Station and Princess Street and a 20-minute walk to the University of Edinburgh. You can also take the bus on Elm Row. Right in front of the building is a Food Cooperative market and a few steps on Elm Row you have Tesco. There´s a lot of cafes, bars and entertainment around the area.
