1 double room in a house

Hi, I have 1 double bedroom for let, it is available now, Internet and all bills are included. The kitchen is big with full facilities and has a table and 4 chairs, sitting-room also a good size. Front and back garden.

The bedroom has been painted and new carpets fitted. The room has a double bed (no bed linen), fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet wth 3 drawers, blackout blinds and wall mounted shelves.

There is the Lothian bus service 31 and the N31 for night travel. The stop is only 5 mins away. Parking on the street available. No properties behind the house just trees. Area well equipped, Sainsburys, Asda at Straiton together with other shops like TKmaxx, Next and M&S. there is a Lidl and an Aldi not too far, local council gym with pool and good area for running.

The house is fairly quiet, everyone is quite chilled, happy to sit and have a chat with a glass or 2 of wine or having 'me' time.
