Double room with own bathroom in sunny Leith

Hi, sadly my current flatmate is leaving after almost 2 years . I have a double room to let all bills are included within the rent.. The flat is centrally located and a few minutes walk from the bars and restaurants on The Shore, Ocean Terminal is a short walk away, buses to the city run every few minutes. The flat is modern with all amenities washing machine, dish washer, broadband etc. You would have sole use of your own large bathroom. Secure car parking is available at the rear of the building.
I am a mature professional but extremely young at heart and sociable I like to have a giggle and a glass of wine or two! Looking to share with someone professional with a good sense of humour who doesn't mind a bit of rubbish tv and will muck in with cleaning. I think I've covered everything but if not please ask!
