Double Room in Bright Top Floor Flat

I live in a very bright and sunny 2 bedroom property and have lived here for many years with my friendly and gentle cat Bailie.

My flat is tastefully decorated and I would hope my new flatmate would feel very much at home.

The room has a double bed, bedside cabinet, Chet of drawers, wardrobe and a chair - it also has a unique feature, a bow wall.

The rent is all inclusive of bills including council tax, gas/electricity, Internet and TV.

There is a small bright compact kitchen with a lounge that includes dining table.

This is a quiet flat and I am looking for a person who is mature and responsible.

I would prefer a Monday to Friday let and would consider short term lets.
