Large bedroom in maindoor overlooking Meadows

We are looking for someone to share our large Georgian maindoor flat overlooking the Meadows. We are looking to let a large spare bedroom, which is fully furnished and with a superking bed.

We will share a bathroom (with shower over bath), and a second toilet, as well as a large kitchen with an aga (essential for dark Edinburgh winters). We also have a lovely piano in our sitting room.

Since we are on the Meadows access to the town centre by foot or bus (which stops within metres of our front door) is easy. We can see the University library from our sitting room.

We are looking for someone who appreciates a quiet home, and who will appreciate the space and peace of a haven so close to the University. I work from home, while my husband is often away.
