Single Room in Marchmont :)

Hello there!

We are looking for someone new to join us from September as our current flatmate has graduated this year and is moving on to bigger and better things :)

The room is a single room in a 4 bed flat which has a shared kitchen/dining area and bathroom. The rent is £320 pcm, and this includes the price of internet, but doesn't include electricity or gas bills which usually come to about £30 a month or so.
I should also mention we have a washing machine (of course), a dishwasher and a tumble dryer - all very handy!

In terms of who you'd be living with - we are all "mature" students haha, two of us (Maithili and myself) are doing a post grad in medicine (Maithili is in 22 and in 2nd year, I'm 22 and in 3rd year) and Nathalie is 22 & in her 3rd year of economics at Napier.
We're all very friendly, we work hard but also enjoy chilling or going out for drinks etc. The flat has a wee tradition of taking it in turns to cook for each other every couple of weeks which is really nice. We also have a cleaning rota so that the communal areas are kept nice and tidy!
