Large, bright double room in lovely, second floor, traditional Victorian flat in Marchmont. This flat is close to the city centre, the university, the financial district and the Meadows.
The flat has two large double rooms, a small box room (which will not be let due to HMO rules and will be kept as a guest room/ used for storage), living room with bay window, large kitchen diner, and small utility room with washer and dryer. The flat also comes with bike storage in the stairwell.
I have had a great time living here, but am moving out of the flat to move in with my girlfriend. I am ideally looking for a clean, sociable professional or mature student to share the flat with my existing flatmate.
