Double room available in a beautiful corner flat.

I am a young professional and am looking for a friendly, relaxed flatmate to move into the flat. The room is a cosy double room, with a desk/dressing table, a wardrobe, and storage space below the bed. There are also a few smaller cupboards and one large cupboard in the flat for you to store boxes, books, suitcases etc.

The flat is very bright, and there are lovely views towards Blackford Hill and the Pentland Hills. Due to it being a corner flat the sunlight streams into it all day. The living room and kitchen are both spacious rooms with tables suitable for entertaining/studying etc. The flat benefits from the SKY wifi, and TV package.

The flat is close by an excellent range of local shops and bus links into Edinburgh City Centre. Bus links include: 5, 15, 11, 16, 23. If you have a weakness for Waitrose and M&S you will love living in Morningside.

I am a music teacher and perform as a singer in classical concerts. I love listening to jazz, and band music in my spare time when I'm in the flat. I have recently started running and am aiming to do the 10K in May. I am very clean and tidy and it is the expectation that my flatmate will also be clean and tidy.

The fee is £400 per month for rent excluding bills.
Council tax:£80 per month
Gas and electricity: Should budget approx £60 in Winter months, less in the summer.
SKY Internet and TV package: £15

Ideally I am looking for someone long-term.
