Lovely flat in Morningside area

I'm leaving my room in our nice and cosy flat in Morningside area.

The flat is situated in walking distance to Bruntsfield, the Links and the Meadows. There is a good bus connection to the city centre (15 mins) as well as all campuses for Napier, Heriot Watt and Edinburgh University. (7 minute walk to Merchiston campus!). It is also very close to a variety of supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and a cinema.

The room is very large and bright. It comes with a double bed, two bedside tables, desk, two wardrobes and a lovely fireplace.

The flat has a living room, central gas heating, electric shower, washing machine, house phone and all the bills are included.

It is not a party flat and usually quiet and ideal for studying. We are looking for a nice and easy-going person of either gender, preferably a student.
