Im renting my room at QMU campus, as I have to move back to the city. It's very nice and cosy room with your own bathroom. It has a big shared kitchen fully supplied. Your future flatmates are all very nice and sociable. They are in their mid 20s, so the room would suit someone who isn't that big of an party animal :)
My contract is only till the 12. 6 HOWEVER there's a possibility of prolonging the contract till august.
Rent is 386/month all included
