Double room in spacious Newington Flat

(If you have seen this ad before it is because I have had to change the Postcode!)

As my current flatmate is moving city, I am looking for a new flatmate to share where I am currently living. The relevant details are below. If you are interested please get in touch with any questions you may have and preferably with a little bit of information about yourself as I have done too.

The bedroom - The bedroom has plenty of space for a double bed and contains some basic furniture. The Window overlooks our large and block maintained shared garden.

The kitchen - Modern with a dining table and plenty of worktops as well as storage. Contains a cupboard for the washing machine. Well furnished with cooking utensils but room for more. There is a dishwasher too which makes life so much easier!

The living room - Very spacious for a 2 bedroom flat, large bay windows let in lots of light through the day. Cupboards are currently not being used so there is plenty of storage space.

The box room (Not pictured)- There is a box room with a spare double mattress that is currently used for guests/friends who stay over. There is also lots of storage space there too.

The bathroom - Small but modern and tidy. The shower works really well (for those who value their morning showers etc) and there is automatic skylights that open to let the steam escape.

Me - I am a young professional working in the city centre. When not working I am frequently involved in sports so normally return in the evenings around 20.30. As I am frequently busy I like to stay organised and for the place to stay fairly tidy. Come the weekend is when I will normally clean up and make the place look similar to what it is in the pics. I cook most weekends too so there is always plenty to share around.

Who am I looking for? - I would like a social flatmate who doesn't mind people over for drinks in the evening and likewise feels comfortable in bringing their friends over too. Students are welcome as long as they are happy to pay their share of the council tax!

What am I not looking for? Pets, heavy smokers or live-in partners.

Bills - Rent and council tax is £510pm + internet and energy bills
