Stockbridge/New Town area, approx. 15-20 mins walk away from Princes Street Gardens and Waverley station. We're just a couple of minutes away from Stockbridge Market; close to the Water of Leith, Inverleith Park and the Botanic Gardens; and have access to two nice private gardens.
Seeking m/f 25+ year old professionals or mature students. We've eclectic interests, ranging from things like architecture, reading, political philosophy to music, movies, travelling and trying to actually go for a daily run.
Rent includes regular bills but not the variable utilities, which we try to keep to a minimum- but a four way split helps.
