Double room in a 4 bedroom house to rent in bishopmill area (outskirts of elgin). It’s a family home for me and my partner. We have pets - friendly Chocolate Labradors, and 1 outdoor cat you hardly ever see.

The double room currently has a single bed, chair, bedside cabinet, computer desk, built in wardrobe, 32” tv and small table with kettle.

The house has fibre broadband. The lounge is quite large and has a 55” curved 4K smart tv.

The Kitchen is a large size kitchen/diner, with all the usual mod cons. There is a seperate fridge and cupboards specifically for lodgers. There is a dishwashing machine tumble dryer etc. The lounge is a good size with 55" TV, 2 sofas. there is a WC downstairs with large shower, and family bathroom upstairs with has shower and bath.
There is a nice enclosed garden with summer house, conservatory and a garage currently used for storage.
There is street parking, and the neighbourhood is a very quiet on the outskirts of Elgin.
Rent is £500 per month with option of a 2-weekly cleaning service for extra £50 per month.
