Within walking distance to town centre, college and hospital. There is plenty of storage throughout the house and the price includes wi-fi internet access and all bills including council tax.
Looking for someone to pay monthly, in advance. No DSS or pets please. Someone who keeps their stuff tidy would also be preferred.
