Sitting room and box room

Sitting room with sofa and 32" television ,cloakroom with toilet and basin. Box room with single bed and 700x700 shower enclosure (if your over 6 foot tall might be a bit of a squeeze in the shower cubicle as it comes under the roof pitch)i haven't finished the shower yet as you will see in the photos but will be complete this month ,and I'm in the process of getting a single bed. BT unlimited wifi, shared fridge/freezer, kitchen, gas cooker, washing machine. theres a court yard out the back for smokers. im laid back and easy going so someone with similar characteristics would be ideal. no one on dss, seeking a professional person. contract of employment required
